The Sherborne St John Parish Council Meetings are held in The Village Hall at 7.30pm  on the 4th Monday of every month
(no meeting in August).

All members of the public are invited to attend. If you would like to air your views on any matter that you consider Parish Council Business, you are welcome to speak at the "Open Forum" at approx 8 pm.

The Planning Committee will meet on the second Tuesday of every month, at 7:30pm in the Meeting Room at the Village Hall.
The public are welcome to attend but participation is by prior arrangement only (please contact the Parish Clerk if you wish to speak for or against a planning application which is being considered by the committee)

 Planning applications for the parish of Sherborne St John will now be considered either at the full PC meeting or by the Planning Committee meeting, whichever meeting occurs first after the PC receives details of the application.
